Mark has over 30 years of business experience in various sales, operations and management roles. He entered the Human Resources field in 1987. Since that time he has held various H.R. Generalist roles, continuing to build human resources strength in many areas. His experience has been working with entrepreneurial, growth-oriented organizations – mostly in the service / retail industries and with multi Provincial locations. He has spent time in both staff and consulting roles. Mark is a member of Canlan’s Senior Executive Management committee and his input to our Senior team is both sought and valued. His approach has reduced the number of human resource issues the Company faced and has empowered our managers to take ownership in the development of their people and to take pride in helping them to grow their careers.
