I am a chemical engineer, attorney, registered patent attorney, and a mixed animal veterinarian. I use my knowledge of veterinary medicine and business and my analytical skills to bridge the gap between the clinic floor and the corporate boardroom. I am currently looking for new opportunities to help animal health companies and investment entities expand their business portfolios.Historically, my legal and consulting practices centered on intellectual property, licensing, and regulatory matters. In the past few years I served as a general counselor to animal health companies and focused on matters related to technology commercialization and animal health policy. Since no one person can be an expert in all areas, I use my knowledge of the animal health industry to align my clients' legal and technical needs with appropriate human assets, both inside and outside my firm. My work is international in scope.
