I am an accomplished Financial Services contractor with over 5 years experience in handling customer complaints for some of the UK's largest financial organisations. I started my Financial Services career as a Case Handler back in 2011 when PPI complaints were at the top of everyone's agenda and I was introduced to a industry where pressing deadlines, challenging targets and ever changing policies were common place. I quickly realised that I thrived in this type of working environment and I have expanded my knowledge and expertise in this area since this time. I have gained significant practical experience in the complaints arena as a Complaint Handler, Team Leader, Quality Analyst, Subject Matter Expert and Quality Assurance Team Leader. I have also recently completed the Diploma in Financial Advice to complement this experience further. I am keen to embark on a new project which builds on my current experience whilst also offering a new challenge.
