Gail W. Kosyla is a Senior Healthcare Executive who builds teams to design and implement new business models that drive value, performance and profitability in the emerging arena of value-based healthcare. Her expertise spans the full range of C-suite leadership roles—from strategic planning/execution to finance, operations, physician joint ventures and governance. Gail brings a natural talent for uniting multidisciplinary internal and external teams, and throughout her career, she has been lauded for her creative problem-solving skills that produce positive change. Currently, Gail is SVP of Strategy and CFO of Hunterdon Healthcare System in Flemington, New Jersey, an independent, integrated organization that includes an ACO with 300 physicians. In this role, Gail leads the organization to develop and implement its strategic plan enabling its strong financial performance, champions business partnerships, and drives strategies toward achieving the Triple Aim – improving health, experience and cost. Prior to joining Hunterdon, Gail spent 11 years optimizing financial and operational performance at community hospitals within Trinity Health. As CFO of St. Mary Medical Center, a 350-bed facility in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, she spearheaded multiple physician engagement initiatives and led several successful growth strategies. Gail also served as EVP & CFO of St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey, where she devised and executed strategies that boosted revenue and drove strong results in a highly challenged market, led the organization’s involvement in community health initiatives, and developed innovative opportunities for physician integration. In 2005, NJBIZ recognized Gail with its '40 Under 40 Award' for outstanding business achievement. A CPA with a Master of Science in Healthcare Finance, Gail began her career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen in Philadelphia and went on to serve nine years at Catholic Health Initiatives.
