It's been a fascinating journey...and one which bears fruit for all in my life. As I grow, I integrate what I have learned and this work I share evolves. I am a europe-trained macrobiotic chef, a personal trainer for over 20 years with a degree in kinesiology, a former professional athlete with 7 national titles, a world silver medal and a world record lasting over 5 years. I have travelled to almost every continent and lived with many indigenous cultures. I have studied sound therapy, aromatherapy, color therapy, and deep meditational modalities all designed to entrain the brain to surrender it's chatter and expand. I have studied entheogenic plant medicines with these tribes and have been honored with knowledge that few (and in some cases NO) other westerners have been exposed to. A devout student of Iyengar yoga, I have fused ALL of these amazing life experiences into a unique life focussed on helping others expand into their fullest expressions. I have been so blessed to live such an extraordinary life and I have seen first-hand how others have sacrificed such opportunities for the sake of careers that don't completely fullfill them. Big money does NOT equal big peace. I am here to help such individuals "round out" their lives.
