Mr. Crawford is an experienced project management professional in supervision of major construction, capital and development projects. His varied specialties include retail, hospitality, industrial, marine, civil works, transportation and gaming products as well as multi-use facilities. He has participated in construction at risk work with variety of contractors, provided design consults to owners and contractors, and trouble shooting for management of owner’s assets for multiple locations as required. The range of diverse skills provides for reductions in risk, and provides for solutions of complex issues in design or execution of project plans. Mr. Crawford placement as team leader results in successful and timely completion of construction programs as demonstrated by the approximate 5,000,000 sf of prime retail space worth over $500,000,000 included in his portfolio of projects completed during the last decade. These projects as highlighted by regional shopping centers in California, Illinois, Texas, and Tennessee, Additionally Mr. Crawford ability to manage to completion multiple special projects, simultaneous venues in multiple locations is demonstrated throughout his career development with over 80 ventures ranging from $200K to $200M in individual values in his portfolio.. . .
