Debbie has developed an outstanding reputation and a wealth of experience over her 28 year real estate career. Her knowledge of real estate is extensive. It enables her to mentor, motivate and educate her team of sales associates to reach their greatest potential. Houlihan Lawrence is the number one selling Real Estate Brokerage in Larchmont/Mamaroneck. She puts her clients needs first, whether they are buying or selling, relocating or investing, she gives them her personal attention and guidance. Her career began in 1984 at her family's firm Doern Appraisals. In 1991 she became a Certified NYS Residential Real Estate Appraiser and her work included appraisal of single and multi-family dwellings, cooperatives, condominiums and commercial properties for a number of financial institutions, attorneys and individual clients. In 1996, Debbie decided to change real estate paths and became a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson and later becoming an Associate Broker in 2000. During nine years as a real estate agent, Debbie was a consistent top producer, and has received Silver, Gold and Platinum Awards from the Westchester County Board of Realtors. Debbie became Branch Manager for a national real estate company's Larchmont office in April 2005, and her responsibilities were expanded to include the New Rochelle office in March 2006. In February of 2007 Houlihan Lawrence hired Debbie as the Manager of their Rye/Harrison office. From November 2011 until present she continues to manage for Houlihan Lawrence as their Larchmont brokerage manager.
