Jon Liebman is currently a Managing Consultant for the Life Science Sector at Korn Ferry Futurestep. He is based out of the Atlanta office. In this role, Jon leverages his extensive network within Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Devices to best serve new and existing clients within Futurestep. Jon’s approach to clients is transparency above all while maintaining a high standard of service and targeted pipeline. Jon was born and raised in the Atlanta market and, as the son of a Nephrologist, has been involved in medicine since he was working for his father’s practice handling insurance and patient issues. Earlier in his career, Jon spent five years working in a local Atlanta medical group as a project coordinator concurrently handling recruitment of MD’s and Nurses for multiple Georgia clinics. In 2013, Jon decided to solely focus on recruitment and joined a local Atlanta search firm focused in Life Science. Over the last five years, Jon has been focused on Full Cycle recruitment for a list of companies including Abbott, Gilead, Fresenius, Hospira, J&J, Pfizer, and many others. His specific areas of expertise include Senior Management, Medical Affairs, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical Development and Pharmacovigilance. Jon received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from American University in Washington, D.C.
