I am a passionate young professional looking to provide business growth opportunities not only for myself but those around me. Strategic networking, relationship management, and great customer service have been my main tools to generate growth opportunities. In my short career, I have spent the majority of my time connecting services to those in need through a multifaceted marketing approach. I have sold B2B, B2C, and everything else in between. My philosophy is that being a well-rounded individual and helping others achieve their goals will provide one with abundant outcomes and experiences. Because of this, I have a thirst for knowledge and am always looking for opportunities to share best practices. I am extremely competitive, goal oriented, and have a "hate to lose" mentality. In my current role as Director of Managed Care Operations with U.S. Medical Management, I focus on reducing costs to the health plans I serve by increasing access to our home medical model. On a day to day basis, I am calling on or working with Vice Presidents of Medical Management, Utilization Management, Operations, and Finance. I also make myself available for more pinpointed needs of the case management and service coordination department. I am currently looking to meet Health Plan Executives, Executives in the Assisted Living Industry, and/ or Young Professionals looking to learn best practices for strategic networking and business growth. One a personal note, I enjoy sports (especially golf), going to movies, spending time with friends and family, and have recently taken an interest in the Indianapolis Food and Craft Beer scene.
