Larry Feinstein is the Chief Executive Officer of Hire Dynamics, an industry-leading staffing company headquartered in Atlanta with operations throughout the Southeast. Hire Dynamics specializes in manufacturing, logistics/e-commerce, contact centers, and office support. Larry joined Hire Dynamics in 2016 as CEO to lead the company into its next phase of growth. His passion for developing people and building a winning work culture has been the cornerstone of his success, which aligns with Hire Dynamics’ employer brand. Additionally, his focus on client service, marketplace expansion, and industry innovation has resulted in company advancement and industry leader achievement. Previously, Larry was Sr Vice President of Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) responsible for a global business serving over 8,000 clients and 800,000 employees. In his award-winning 26-year career at ADP, he held sales leadership positions in small, major and national accounts; driving high growth through attracting and developing top talent. Larry assisted with 10 ADP acquisitions and their integration into the company; recognitions within ADP include 22 Presidents Clubs, 12 Board of Directors and a Region of the Year honor. Larry graduated with a BBA in Finance from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania.When not building culture and camaraderie at work, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife, Mindy, and two children, Sam and Leah. He enjoys sports and exercise, and is active in charitable efforts for causes related to Autism and the American Heart Association.
