Representative trial victories include the successful defense of a federal civil rights class action; the successfull defense of an assistant public defender accused of legal malpractice for failing to order DNA testing of his client; the successful defense of the Chicago White Sox involving a fan who was struck in the face and suffered a blow out fracture of her eye when she was struck by a wicked foul ball off the bat of Tim Raines. Steve has also successfully handled appeals before the Illinois Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and various appellate courts. Has also completed mediation training through Pepperdine University's Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution.
