I've been working in the IT Help Desk industry for the past 17 years. Helping people is my passion, regardless if it is within an IT support field, a training class, or acting as a Help Desk liaison to our business units. I truly enjoy working with people, assisting them in any way that I, or my team can, with the hopes of resolving their issue as soon as possible. My number one goal is to be sure that the customer is provided the best service possible so that they call back, and feel good about calling back. I enjoy building relationships, managing people, and working towards common goals. I have integrity and take pride in my work, but also expect the best in everyone around me. I believe in rewarding good work, thru verbal feedback, appraisals, and celebrating achievements.
