I have over 14 years of experience of experience working in operations and project management. In a prior life I worked in finance – which necessitated a high degree of attention to detail. This included work in on-boarding, migrations, account reconciliation, process automation, and financial modeling. After taking classes in JavaScript, UX, digital marketing, and data analytics, I realized my passion was in tech. I went into my first tech role at BitGo as their first business and sales operations hire – and haven’t looked back since. I enjoy digging into the data, getting into the weeds, and figuring out how tools work. I look at processes as-is and find ways to make them better. My curious mind is always up for a challenge.
