Heinen's Grocery Store is a family-owned and operated regional supermarket chain in Northeast Ohio and in the Chicago Metropolitan Area.

I have worked over 30 years in the grocery retail industry and I am currently a General Manager for Heinen's Grocery Store. I am passionate about sharing great food with my associates, customers, friends and family. What motivates me is mentoring and sharing my passion with fellow team members and watching them grow within the company. Responsibilities: - Hire, Train, and Motivate our most important asset - our Associates - Give our Associates the tools they need and empower them to take care of our Customers - Work with our Associates to give the Customer an Outstanding shopping experience - Create a Culture in the store to celebrate our Associates, Customers, and Vendors - Build our connection to the Community through donations, marketing, and events - Work with Local Vendors on getting on our shelves and creating a win-win situation - Plan events to help our Associates share their passion and knowledge of food with our Customers - Monitor and work with our Teams to better their financial goals - Work with Corporate to learn more about our business and help with growing our business in Chicago - Learn more and share my knowledge of Wellness and how food plays the most important part
