I have been recruiting for Accountancy and Finance roles since 2010, it is what I do, what I know and what I love. After graduating with a 2:1 in Human Genetics from the University of Leeds I made the logical step into recruitment for a boutique search firm. Following this, I enjoyed a successful career at Hays Plc where I quickly climbed the ranks, became an award-winning, top-performing consultant, and moved internationally to New Zealand to lead the Senior Finance / Qualified Accounting division for the country. Upon returning home to the East Midlands, I joined Pratap Partnership reuniting with a number of old colleagues to help launch their East Midlands division. I’m passionate about establishing long-term relationships in the East Midlands, providing a world-class service, and consistently delivering for both candidates and clients.
