Senior Screen Print Production and Product Development Manager

It additionally provides keepsake boxes, under garments, denim and jeans. The company supplies products form the Nike and Levi s brands. It offers sales, marketing and online ordering services. A battle tested, childrenswear industry veteran, I have been involved in the design and production of screen printed tshirts and sleepwear since 2000. In my current role as Screen Print Production Manager for Haddad Brands, I oversee the domestic production of over 12 million shirts each year. I regularly travel overseas to work with and evaluate both large commercial print facilities and small sample makers. I have trained dozens of staff designers to perform basic color separations. Art directors and designers rely on me to help them understand the complex work of getting their graphics onto blank shirts that translate into sales. A deep knowledge of the printing arts helps me save the companies I work for time and capital that would otherwise be lost to rounds of strikeoffs and sloppy production. Close work with printers throughout South East Asia and South America has given me a thorough understanding of how screen printing is done all over the world. I have a keen eye for trouble shooting print work that, combined with a problem solving nature make me a key asset to any firm with large, intricate screen printing needs.
