Possessing a strong HR acumen with a background in organizational development, change management, resourcing, compensation, employee relations, and employee engagement. Prior to joining Habib Bank AG Zurich as the Head of HR, i was in Mashreq Bank UAE, Heading HR for Retail Banking Group. Initially in 2005 i started as the Recruitment Manager & Business Partner for Risk Management, Operations, Corporate Affairs and the Audit & Compliance Group. Being part of the Retail Business management team i had taken a robust and constructive approach to develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and set the people agenda. Currently as the Head of HR in Habib Bank AG Zurich (UAE) i am responsible to drive the business and people strategy by identifying issues, trends, reviewing policies and processes to ensure we are a preferred employer.
