Aditya Chilka was the Co-founder and CEO of Happy Doctor, a startup that transforms the traditional medical industry in India by making indian medical industry paperless i.e with the use of EPS (electronic prescription service). EPS is reliable, secure and confidential. This software lets users choose where their prescriptions are sent, whether near their home, where they shop or where they work. This is a flexible, user-directed service that can be changed at any time by contacting your doctor or pharmacy know. In this role he is responsible for coordination and development of the start-up through strategic planning and identification of viable opportunities for growth, fundraising and revenue, and partnerships. Leading the team he facilitates day-to-day operations to oversees the design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of services and achieve results in accordance with business growth requirements and expectations. Prior to this Aditya held roles as Fulfilment Manager with Grofers and Operations Consultant with Uber. Both roles required him to work in diverse multi-disciplinary teams within an expanding business environment and focus on operations, marketing, sales and training to consolidate and position the companies for continued growth and expansion throughout India. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a major in Electronic and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Osmania University, and participated in Pollinate Energy’s Young Professionals Program in April 2016.
