As the Vice President of HR Global Operations, I lead the global HR Line Operations function for Greif, a $6.5B global company focused on providing industrial packaging. I have responsibility for HR strategy though oversight of the Operations, Global HR systems (Workday, Kronos and ADP Payroll) and the North America Centers of Expertise (CoE) for health and welfare and payroll. Additionally, I am lead HR Business Partner for the Global Rigid Industrial Packaging and Paper businesses. As the Global HR Business Partner, I support and advise the Business Leadership teams on people strategies. I develop and drive agendas that aligned with the Function's business priorities and the Company’s goals, through partnering with business leaders and teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions and strategies and drive results. I work to integrate people into the full scope of business operations evaluating how the impact of human capital benefits the overall organization. My position is heavily focused on building strategies, implementing projects, business metrics, and reporting and analytics.
