I bootstrapped, managed, and grew an IVR company providing IVR solutions to state, city, and county governments, colleges and universities (SLED). The company was acquired by 1st Data Corp. for $10M. Exeter Holding I created a $20M portfolio of construction loans across the Rocky Mountain region. My responsibilities included initiating sales strategies and managing all phases of complex residential construction projects. Accomplishments: Created significant value as the Chief Executive Officer in the creation, growth, and divestiture of Frank Solutions, Inc. to 1st Data Corp. for $10M Drove the sale for investors as an executive team leader of the divestiture of Telerus to Securus Technologies, inc.
