WHAT I DO: I help achieve our corporate goals of improving profitability, increasing agent productivity and growing our market share. I train, coach and mentor relocation agents to be successful, as well as find business opportunities for our services. WHO I WORK WITH: I partner with large local and global corporations including McKesson, Lockheed Martin, Anheuser Busch, Chervon, Gap and PG&E as examples, and assist them with employee mobility. I manage a team of over 400 well trained real estate agents who are customer focused. Our tracking system and procedures prevent things from falling through the cracks.
