David works with owners, users, tenants, developers, lenders, and investors in all aspects of industrial real estate brokerage. This includes buying, selling, leasing, subleasing, financing, investment, and sale-leaseback transactions. Foreclosure sales experience further distinguishes David from the competition. "Because of my accounting education and experience, I understand the importance and significance of the bottom line numbers to a real estate transaction. My objective, as a real estate professional, is to assist clients in making the most informed real estate decision appropriate to their unique situation." Fully half of David's business is with repeat and referral clientele. David has developed key relationships with other real estate professionals whom he can call upon to serve his clients' needs. These professionals include contractors, architects, lenders, escrow officers, title companies, appraisers and attorneys who understand industrial real estate issues and solutions to those issues. Prior to joining Delphi Business Properties, Inc. David was with The McDonald Company. A number of years in Residential Real Estate and Public Accounting experience preceded David's entry into industrial real estate brokerage. David attended California State University, Northridge, graduating with a degree in Business Accounting. David is a native of Southern California, and lives with his Nancy, in Oak Park.
