In 2014, I moved to Little Rock to continue my Life Coaching business and my real estate career. I recently have gone inactive in real estate to have time to be more available for life coaching. I also work part time at FUMC, Maumelle, and do a great deal of work at my church, FUMC, downtown LR. I am certified as a Life Coach and Grief Coach, and I also hold an AR social work license at the Bachelor's level. Upon moving to LR, I chose not to open an office location, as in Jonesboro as a coach I found that most people preferred to meet in a less formal setting. I do individual coaching at various locations, i.e., coffee shops, convenient to my clients if possible, and if privacy is an issue for them, I meet clients at my church. I offer individual as well as group coaching, and also do seminars and motivational speaking, focusing on caregiving support, living well with a chronic illness, time management, overall health and wellness, and other topics. One of my favorite things to do as a Coach is to be hired by a small business to go "undercover" as a customer to see how the employees treat me, and then to go back a week later to meet with all of them to let them know some pros and cons, and to brainstorm with them about how to improve their business. As a kidney transplant recipient, I love life and remain positive every day, and I love motivating others to do the same.
