I'm a results oriented IT leader with deep knowledge of various health plan processes and the systems that support them. My success is tied to developing effective business partnerships along with building and maintaining skilled,engaged and passionate teams. For projects... I lead with a laser focus on delivering high business value/cost-effective solutions that are predictably delivered. I've worked for Group Health most my professional life in a number of capacities within the Medical Staff, Operations and the Health Plan. For the past 22+ years I have been an IT leader serving the Health Plan Division in managing & directing projects within the development life cycle, leading acquisition and implementation of new technology and lead vendor selection for software and contractor/sourcing selection. I've always enjoyed the diversity of challenges that every day presents in the technology world. I strive to remain calm, focused and decisive in the storm. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, golfing, gardening and being with my family. I strive to build relationships based on trust, respect and integrity. I'm a devout Christian and a leader in my church.
