I am the operations manager for a shopping center in the Denver Metro area with Gross Leasable Area of 1.1 million square feet. Responsible for all building operations, contract oversight, construction management and capital project management and a myriad of additional assigned duties. Role includes operational responsibility of adjacent office building with over 50 thousand square feet of traditional office space and works symbiotically with my election to the Southwest Plaza Metropolitan District Board of Directors.
