I'm always looking for a way to streamline a project and do things as efficiently as possible. I'm interested in building a great product, not just one that's "good enough"​. I enjoy spending my time in the test lab or in the vehicles using the products and working with developers and suppliers to make sure we get it right. My diverse experience leads to a better all-around engineer and my Mandarin language abilities and time spent living in China allow me to understand and communicate more effectively with my Chinese speaking colleagues. I'm continuing to make strides in improving my communication abilities in Mandarin and becoming a better and more knowledgeable engineer.
