I love solving problems. Digging into the details and finding the root cause of an issue makes my little engineer heart sing, and bringing organization to chaos is a delight. I never feel more successful than when I am presented with a mess that needs help - whether that is a knife mechanism with a malfunctioning mechanical issue, a 20-team schedule structure with 8 weeks of coordinated mountaineering activities, or an assembly of sweet treat boxes that takes a week to plan and execute before delivering. I excel at puzzling the pieces together and find joy in meeting the needs of others. I want a job where I make a difference and solve problems on an awesome team.
