Michael is one of the Founders and a Director of Gerard Daniels which was established in 1986 in Perth Western Australia. Today Gerard Daniels operates a major international executive search and board consulting practice in the mining and resources sectors which is led by Michael as head of global mining and resources for the Group. He was instrumental in the company’s international development and in establishing its Europe, Middle East and Africa office in London and the US with a launch of both offices in 2006. The London and Houston offices operate closely with the businesses in Sydney and Perth. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Western Australia and until recently was a board member of the Telethon Kids Institute which is an internationally renowned child health research group.
