Alison leads the Gerard Daniels executive search,board consulting and talent management business in Asia Pacific. Also Practice Leader of the Board Consulting Practice at Gerard Daniels since 2006, providing advice to Chairs and Boards about board performance, composition, strategy and structure, executive and director remuneration and nominations of chairmen and non-executive directors. Alison was the former CEO of a law society and was a senior executive in government responsible for government boards and committees and the Senior Executive Service.
