In my role as a human resources professional, I have the privilege of helping my organization leverage and optimize one of its single greatest assets - its Human Capital. It is my job to partner with business managers to drive thought leadership to develop, constantly improve and evolve a human capital strategy that supports and facilitates the organization’s mission, vision, and business strategy. I enjoy implementing strategic workforce planning initiatives, exploring ways to develop talent through training and learning initiatives, and by leveraging my expertise in the development and execution of compensation and total rewards solutions to help the organization motivate employees. Part of my contribution is to successfully assess, engage, develop and transition our talent. During organizational restructuring I own, facilitate, and coordinate people movement initiatives and ensure that it is done with the utmost respect, care, and integrity for our employees.When senior leaders endeavor to function at the highest levels of performance and productivity possible, I coach and mentor them in implementing organizational change initiatives and frameworks to support the delivery of their business objectives.Some of my career highlights include:* Manage $23M in welfare plans and $106M in retirement plans. Implemented wellness and disease management programs and created a core health benefit platform. * Implemented a pay for performance incentive program linking company financial and strategic initiatives to individual performance. * Revised the performance evaluation program to enhance consistency, ease of use, and provide a coaching tool. * Led the implementation of a new benefit information system resulting in increased security, control, and access to data. * Established and grew the HR Department from a minor Finance function to a multifunctional leadership role while supporting growth of operations and building employee morale.
