CORPORATE RECRUITING / RPO - Implement custom high-volume corporate executive and technical resource recruiting solutions in support of enterprise technology initiatives at Fortune 100, 250 & 1000 companies. - Build strategic partnerships with IT Executive Leadership (CIO, VP, Sr Director) as a technical talent acquisition subject-matter expert for resource planning and hiring strategy. - Provide hands-on day-to-day leadership of full lifecycle recruiting initiatives for end-clients. - Talent branding and development of recruitment assets. - Provide Recruiters on Demand ($65/h C2C) to satisfy aggressive hiring timelines through market center staff augmentation or national project-based Configure to Hire delivery solutions. - Recruiting agency vendor management: evaluation, selection and relationship management - Development of vendor management assets including: master services agreements, statements of work, confidentiality / non-compete agreements. - Enterprise applicant tracking systems for management of full life-cycle candidate tracking and requisition management. CONTINGENT AND RETAINED SEARCH (10% volume fee option) - Build long-term strategic relationships with technology executives at small to mid-sized companies to recruit and retain top executive & technology talent. - Meet regularly with hiring managers and provide timely metrics reporting. - Provide day-to-day hands-on leadership of recruiting resources. - Build custom resource evaluation tools and recruiting process: candidate assessment, risk mitigation, and salary negotiation. - Ten year track record of demonstrated success that is endorsed by clients (see written recommendations). - 95% fill ratio and high-retention. Only 4 new-hires have failed to remain for at least one year following placement.
