Imagine a world powered entirely by renewable energy, where cancer had a cure, or where everyone had access to clean water and proper nutrition essential to survive. As a chemical engineer, I not only welcome the challenges of the future, but am excited to find solutions for the growing needs of society. I am embracing the role of an innovator and problem solver because I see the potential that a product can have on the lives of others. Whether it be a needed vaccine, a new hair care product, a polymer to reduce landfill waste, chemical engineering enriches and impacts the lives of all. I currently work for Merck & Co., Inc in the Process Analytical Technology (PAT) Center of Excellence.
