General Dynamics Corporation is an American aerospace and defense multinational corporation.
Throughout career supported studies and analysis, primarily of TPEDS Enterprise Architectures, using model-based simulation and analysis techniques. Discrete event simulation and complex scheduling algorithms are my specialty. I have probably done more trade studies, analysis and model tool set design and development specifically for TCPEDS Enterprise Architecture trade studies than anyone alive. Earliest architecture studies were usin IC integration of community owned but stovepipe developed system simulations in early 1990s, scenario-based sim on bitty macs in 1993, discrete event simulation in MODSIM for CIO in 1994, NAPA simulation in 1995, FIRE for NIM/NGA in 1998, Near Space application in STK in 2007. Simulation design and development and software design and development including project lead on several implementations of scheduling algorithms and simulation tools. Satellite subsystem modeling in 87-89. Designed and led development of GREAS for STK in early 1990s. Satellite resource scheduling design and development lead for ITOS, a planning system for the Orbview Satellites. More recently developed a next generation systems engineering process for the Air Force Research Labs and the TPEDS Architecture Analysis methdology for theNational Air and Space Intelligence Center.
