There had been over 150 processing centers that each had been using one of 11 different HRMS applications. Consolidations let to improved data integrity, a reduction in error rates and a significant reduction in staffing requirements. •Managing the integration of the internal ERP system with enterprise Identity Management to provide automated provisioning and centralized single sign-on capability. •Automating and integrating both inbound and outbound benefits, regulatory and subledger interfaces (approximately 125) reducing overall staffing needs and improving efficiency, accuracy and timeliness. •Managing the implementation of an automated time collection system (Kronos) with badge and biometric readers along with desktop access for the majority of all hourly employees across the enterprise. This has reduced keying errors and the opportunity for timecard fraud. •Managed separation of all financial and payroll/HR database to accommodate a company split into two distinct and separate companies (Gannett & TEGNA). •Developed and maintained strong working relations with all supported departments at all levels of the organization.
