Throughout my career, I have focused on helping companies achieve results by transforming business goals and objectives into actionable solutions. As partner/president of Fusion Alliance, I bring 30 years of consulting, management, and finance experience to the firm. In my role, I lead an executive team that has overall collective responsibility for: establishing and executing the strategic direction of the firm, sales and management of client relationships, formulating projects to address client business needs, assembling and participating on client delivery teams, providing executive delivery oversight, managing internal operations, and driving Fusion’s continued growth and success. Prior to Fusion, I was partner/president of Quick Solutions, Inc., one of the largest privately held IT consulting firms in Central Ohio, and was credited with helping the company expand its reach into new markets and industries. I led strategic sales, client relations, internal operations, and delivery – including overseeing the successful delivery of Quick Solution’s largest implementations. My background includes deep financial services industry experience, with senior leadership roles at Key Bank and National City Bank (now PNC). I earned my bachelor’s degrees in both finance and management, graduating summa cum laude from Franklin University. I'm passionate about serving the community, holding multiple leadership roles, including: Board Treasurer of The Buckeye Ranch; Founding Committee Member of The Bobby Rahal Foundation Rally for the Ranch; Board Member KEMBA Financial Credit Union, and Trustee of The Sandra Mariotti Pancreatic Cancer Fund. In addition, I hold board seats at Quick Solutions, Inc. and Fusion Alliance, LLC. I'm a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and a 2000 graduate of Leadership Columbus.
