In 2002 I enrolled to begin my pursuit of an Associate Nursing Degree. This was a very challenging and exciting process and in December of 2006 I graduated with High Honors. I completed the program for my BSN in April of 2013, also with high honors. My nursing style is holistic. I understand that it takes a team effort to care for patients. Part of that team is the patient, their family, and their caregivers. It is vital to know each patients support system and how they deal with adversities in their life. This philosophy has followed through in my manager position as well. In 2013 I completed my professional development portfolio and achieved RN Level 4. My nursing role experiences include: Inpatient staff RN, OR circulator, ambulatory triage, case management Assistant Nurse Manager for a Neurosciences Unit, and currently Clinic Manager for a busy Primary Care Clinic and Podiatry. Managing has given me the opportunity to work with an extraordinary team. I enjoy being a part of growth, change, and exemplary patient care.
