I'm an expert in ecommerce, marketing, and digital strategy with strong competencies in merchandising and retail operations. In the two decades I spent in industry prior to becoming a consultant, I was fortunate to be promoted into CDO and CMO positions at two different publicly-traded omnichannel retailers, but I also rolled up my sleeves working for smaller privately-held DTC brands. At this point, I've seen everything from low-seven-figure to low-ten-figure revenue across multiple verticals, I've lived/worked in the US and Europe, and I've served as a non-profit Trustee and an Advisor to multiple startups along the way. Prior to my career in business, I was a professional actor and opera singer. I'm a fierce proponent for the value of musical and theatrical backgrounds in the business world, and I still remain connected to the music industry today through my side passion for operatic composition.
