As a Principal of FOX Architects, Andy has been with the firm since its inception. In 2003, he opened up FOX’s first DC location and led the build out of the new West End FOX office in 2017. Over the course of his career, Andy has worked with a diverse range of clients including both end-user tenants and landlords to position and re-position buildings for leasing. He understands both sides of commercial real estate transactions and counsels his clients on strategy through the lens of a business owner. In addition to his design responsibilities to his clients, his leadership responsibilities at FOX include the operational and financial management of the office. This comprises strategic planning, hiring/recruiting, and business development. Andy is currently the Studio Operations Principal overseeing the day-to-day operations across service lines. Andy has a track record of award-winning design work including multiple AIA, IIDA and NAIOP recognition across a wide variety of projects types. His design leadership has made FOX Architect’s one of the most peer-recognized commercial architecture firms in the DC region.
