System Director of Supply Chain Strategy

Sandi Michel, Director of Supply Chain Strategy, Master Project Manager, LSS BLACK BELT, ITIL, leads FMOLHS Supply Chain with current focus on standardization, optimization, project management, process reengineering, further implementation of GS1 Global Data Standards, and Interoperability. DS&I involves all processes including contracting, sourcing, MMIS, purchasing, logistics, materials management, and operations. Ms. Michel is currently Diversity & Inclusion Council Leader on the System DEI Council for Shared Services Supply Chain. She is a Steering Committee Member of the FMOLHS Enterprise Project Management Office. Previously, Ms. Michel held senior level leadership positions as Vice President of Technology and Operations and Director for US Voice and Data Network Services. Ms. Michel held Senior Business Consultant and Client Services positions across multiple industries at the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) after bringing more than 30 years’ experience in operations and technology with AT&T. She has a Master’s Certification in Project Management through Steven’s Institute of Technology-GAC Accredited, and AT&T Bell Laboratories, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Mrs. Michel has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and served on the Technology Advisory Board for Tulane University and the Advisory Board for Continuing Education for the University of North Florida.
