Key Position Responsibilities:•Internal Client Liaison - Serve as primary point of contact for internal clients for marketing initiatives and activities. Develop and maintain effective internal client relationships at all levels. Be a strategic advisor to internal clients - develop proactive marketing plans and be able to anticipate and react to shifts in client needs.•Project management - FMI Marketing and Brand initiatives. Serve as lead manager for client and marketing team activities.•Marketing Evolution - Work with CMO, other stakeholders and team members to evolve FMls marketing and digital marketing capabilities including working with Salesforce, marketing automation and other analytics/digital platforms.•Reporting - Manage the delivery of reporting on FMI Marketing performance to internal clients and the organization at large.•Leadership - Lead Marketing Services team, supervising a team of 2-3 direct reports.
