Successful track record in handling new initiatives, managing start-up ventures/new projects, managing and turning around weak/loss making units. - Rich experience in setting-up and managing dealer networks on Pan India basis. Managed dealer development initiatives from scratch which included; conceptualising a differentiated network (hard to mimic and difficult to destabilize), potential mapping, policy formulation, dealer identification and appointment, dealer development and management. - Have in-depth working knowledge and sound understanding of business dynamics in Building Materials industry (Viz. Sanitary ware, Tiles, Lighting solutions, Modular Kitchens, Industrial Kitchen & Laundry equipments, False ceiling & Partitioning systems, Door Hardware Systems, Fire detection systems etc.), Engineering goods, White goods, Appliances and Retail fixtures and equipments Specialties: Business development, Real Estate acquisition, Project Management, People Development, Negotiation. Building retaltions with Developers and Mall owners, P & L Responsibility, Dealer Development and management, Product Development, Product Management, International Marketing/Exports, Building Materials, White Goods, Appliances, Retail fixtures and equipment.
