Extensive acquisition, integration and disposal experience: Acquisitions: Flint €2bn, raised debt of €2bn, SCA £1.3bn, 6.0x ebitda - raised debt of £1bn, equity of £0.5m in November to January 2012. c60 other acquisitions, Disposals: Spicers £200m - 6.9x ebitda 10 other disposals over the last 20 years. Pensions schemes: Closed and renegotiated schemes - personal leadership of negotiations with regulator, employees and unions. Operations: Multi location operations across Europe, North & South America, China, South East Asia - up to 25,000 people, 20 languages. Financing: Survived 2008 financial crisis by refinancing debt early, renegotiated covenants, cut costs, focused on cash generation.
