20+ Years of progressive experience and responsibility with documented success in the areas of Global Supply Chain Management and Logistics at various organizational levels, including Executive Management. In that time I have built Global Supply Chain organizations, devloped Global Sources in Asia, Europe and Mexico and introduced Sales & Operations Demand Planning for items sold and sourced globally. Areas of Documented Success include: •Global Supply Chain and vendor sourcing management •Created, developed and implemented Global Supply Chain, Logistics and Materials Management Policies and Procedures in various organizations. •Created, developed and staffed formal strategic Supply Chain Management Functions. •Developed Global Sourcing Partners throughout Asia, Europe and Mexico. •Well versed in a variety of ERP systems including Oracle, JD Edwards, and DataFlo. •Introduced Kanban and Consignment programs which resulted in reduced inventory dollars, better inventory management and higher customer fill rates. •Responsible for setting production requirements for worldwide facilities including Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, United Kingdom, Belgium, Canada, India, Mexico and domestic facilities. On the personal side, I am married with 2 teenage boys, which always fills my free time. I enjoy and have enjoyed coaching both of my boys in baseball, basketball, and soccer. As a family we also enjoy trips to our National Parks where we hike, fish, and camp. We also enjoy golfing as a family (OK, my wife and I enjoy golfing as a family, our teenage boys may have a different opinion on that).
