I've built highly successful support, sales engineering, and enterprise sales teams from scratch, and I've led product, design, and documentation organizations. I love helping people be successful and growing teams at the small, large, and gigantic scale. I'm incredibly passionate about teaching, training, and empowering my direct teams and the teams around me. On the side: I love helping startups and founders; I train olympic-style weightlifting; and I'm a recovering distance runner.
