Florida A&M University is an education management institution that provides affordable education to students who otherwise may never have the opportunity to fulfill dreams of getting a college degree.

Harriett Paul is a social scientist with a Masters in Applied Social Sciences. She has served in both the public and private sectors during her career, with posts in U.S. national government - U.S. Senate staff; international private sector - International Marketing Specialist Haiti; U.S. public higher education - Instructor and Director International Agriculture, Florida historically black land grant university; and most recently in the U.S. Non-profit community as the Founder and President of the Marialla V. Magloire Foundation, Inc., a 501 (c) 3 public charity. She is passionate about promoting the empowerment of under-served and under-represented people, particularly women and youth in under-served communities and developing country environments. She has spent the last 31 years of her career in international development designing and implementing programs to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged and under-served people. Her work currently is focused in the Caribbean, Southern Africa, East Africa, Asia, Europe, and Florida. She has built strong partner networks that help facilitate the delivery of services to communities she has targeted for intervention. “I am committed to a life of service and to work every day to ensure that someone’s life is better because God allowed me to pass this way”.
