Cindy Fruitrail earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and her Master of Arts in Communications Studies at Northern Illinois University. Grounded in an impeccable work ethic she worked her way through the ranks of Fairview Health Services, where she began her career as a Human Resource Representative and moved into the Public Relations and Communications arena in 2000 as a Senior Coordinator of Public Relations/Communications. Currently, she serves as Fairview's Senior Director of Communications and Public Affairs.Cindy recognizes possibilities and brings teams together to translate vision into reality. Displaying a talent for analyzing, defining, and aligning organizational requirements and objectives, Cindy excels at strategizing, developing, and implementing communication and human resource strategies, and driving organizational growth and success. A well respected strategist, mentor, author, and thought leader, she has inspired the commitment of a broad spectrum of professionals and third-party organizations.
