My current focus is within FactSet's enterprise business intelligence department (Corporate Insights & Analysis), leading a team of business analysts to understand operational and strategic information to enhance employee workflows and improve decision-making through actionable insights and tools. My role is to determine work and align priorities with FactSet's strategic objectives, managing development efforts for the global team of business analysts, data technologists, and application engineers. In previous functions I have acted as a Departmental and Project Manager focused on business process design and implementation for internal workflow tools and applications. Experience includes business analysis and systems architecture design for CRM, order processing/fulfillment, and HRIS as home-grown applications, including management of third-party accounting systems. I have lived as an Expat in India to create and expand our global Information Systems department, as well as act as a lead hiring engineering teams in Hyderabad. I lead the creation and development of a management information systems to monitor, record, and standardize performance appraisal of FactSet's 2,000+ financial content collection employees. My responsibilities also included creation of training programs, building career progression plans, and promoting FactSet's corporate culture.
