Comprehensive finance background developed in a variety of roles both in practice and industry, in both the UK and Australia. Core skills include the communication of financial results to senior management, the design of internal reporting packs, delivering process improvements, project and team management and the effective prioritisation and optimisation of reporting. As the Head of Group Reporting & Information at SABMiller PLC I owned all aspects of the provision of high quality, comparable information on the group's business performance, and the end-to-end reporting process – covering consolidation, commercial information development and analysis. My role included: - the delivery of consolidated results for monthly and quarterly management reporting, budget, forecast, strategic plans and external audited accounts; - the design and delivery of FP&A reporting packs, providing analysis against budget, prior year and latest forecast As Head of Finance at the Australian Institute of Management, I provided commercial finance support to the Sales and Marketing GMs while transforming internal processes and the quality and efficiency of financial information, providing forward looking FP&A to the CEO.
