Having to step back from leading a team of >17 people in a structural biology setting, supporting small molecule drug discovery, due to illness I now spend my time managing projects and writing proposals I recently aided in the "industrialisation" of the XChem X-ray fragment screening hosted at Diamond Light source for rapid identification of new starting points for drug discovery.
