My career in technology started accidentally at Nokia in the 90s. It is a decision I have never regretted, quite the contrary, I have become an advocate of the importance of technology, as it reaches into all aspects of our lives. My education is in Economics, Marketing and Business. Since leaving Nokia, I have moved through a succession of companies and sectors taking on a number of transformation challenges. The overarching theme of my career has been a relentless desire to find enjoyment in what I'm doing. I've always been passionate about my work, technology and leadership - being able to take people on a journey and motivate them, is what gets me out of bed in the morning. Currently at Endava, a global public technology company delivering digital evolution, agile transformation and automation solutions to leading Finance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Media, Technology, and Retail companies Prior to my current post, I held leadership positions in both customer-facing and internal technology functions at a number of organisations including Symbian, Fujitsu and Thomson Reuters.
